Casualties "

Hunter turned from Wright's biobed, and started waking toward Dr. Dane. He paused a minute as he passed Dr. Dane's office, through the window he spotted Chester napping on her desk. He smiled, but there wasn't time for him right now.

Hunter stood back and watched Dane work. When she finished up with a patient, Hunter cleared his throat to get her attention.

"Doctor..." he interrupted, "we just got back a few moments ago, how are you doing?"

“Hello Captain, welcome back,” Teilani said with a weary smile. “ All things considering I am reasonably well.

"Do we have casualities?"

“Yes Sir, Teilani responded. “ Unfortunately we have. At the moment we have 8 fatalities, and I doubt it if Ensigns Morgan, Jamieson and T’val will make it through the night,” as she glanced towards the respective crewmembers which laid on the biobeds.

Furthermore there are about 25 to 30 crewmen injured. Mainly bruises, bumps and some phaserburns.

"How's Silvio?" asked Hunter.

“Considering the fall he made, he is holding up pretty well. Ensign Favor is treating him. Once she has filed her report I can give you more information on him”.

"Ok, keep me posted, I'm heading to the bridge."

Hunter gripped his phaser rifle as he turned and headed out the door.
